$45 · Help in the kitchen?

Hi, Are you looking for that little added boost to help you meet your fitness/weight loss goals? Are you out of inspiration in the kitchen? Does cooking feel like a huge chore for you? I am a 45 year old woman, passionate about health and fitness and I absolutely adore cooking! While I have no formal training, I am passionate about experimenting and getting creative in the kitchen. I can do some prep work for you (wash and cut veggies, marinate meat, prepare salads, dressings, etc) so all you have to do when you come home is be creative yourself as you feel inspired. You can also give me your favourite recipes or I can select some dishes I feel you might like and prepare them for you after we have discussed your diet and taste preferences. I also love to bake, of course healthy and nutrition-packed pre or post workout bars, muffins, cookies, etc. I can shop, process an online grocery order for you or use what you have purchased. I am happy to go to your house daily and prepare your day's worth of food. I can also go once or twice a week to prep a few dishes that will last you couple days. The sky is the limit! I am happy doing a portion or all of the above mentioned suggestions. You can rest assure, I am over the top type A with cleanliness in the kitchen! You should know that I have A LOT of knowledge about nutrition as it has been a life long passion of mine. I can do any type of diets (vegetarian, vegan, paleo) or can cater to allergies or intolerances. If that is a little luxury you feel you are willing to invest in, drop me a line and we can chat? My rates are: --> $45/hour --> 4hr-block for $150 --> Monthly packages for $550 (where I would go to your house 1x wk for 4hrs).
